About Me: I'm from a small town in southern Ontario, where I lived with my parents and sister for more than twenty years. I attended local schools, even for my undergrad degrees.
I began university straight out of high school in 2004 and graduated in 2008 from Wilfrid Laurier University with my Combined Honours Degrees in English and Contemporary Studies, and a minor in Criminology, and from Nipissing University with my BEd, qualified in junior and intermediate divisions with a teachable in English.
During my last year of university I began dating my husband, and upon graduation we moved to Northern California together. While he began working, I began working on my MET degree from UBC. I will finish this degree and graduate (fingers crossed) in 2009, and if all goes well, I will begin working around the time of graduation.
My husband and I were married on May 18, 2009 in southern Ontario. I walked down the aisle to a personalized version of the TNG themesong, hence the picture I chose to include here.
