ETEC522: Mock Pitch/ Proposal
I have to say, I had a lot of fun with this! Due to various connections, I was actually able to speak with the owner/creator of Userful through email. We were supposed to have a phone interview, but unfortunately he became too busy for that.
In any case, this project became important for me for several reasons. I had fun putting the html together, trying to make the site look like the official Userful site (but not too similar that clients would be confused), following the readings and instructions to create what I thought would be a reasonable proposal for this company, and then creating a video "elevator" pitch to go along with it. I'm not too thirlled with showing myself on camera! But just working out the logistics of the video itself, the javascript, the html, etc. was rather fun :D
